Before Payment Day
Before the payment day we proactively test the payment card to identify errors and notify the customer about these errors. This increases the chance of an accepted transaction on the payment day.
Validation & Intelligence
If the transaction is being declined, we immediately look at the error code and respond to this with an intelligent capture that matches the error code. We recognize over 200 different error codes and evaluate each code individually.
If we do not succeed with our intelligent capture, our Dunning Process will start. The Dunning Process is a number of reminders that you can define and plan to suit your customers.
